[Suggestion Train for the Transportation faction [server side]

- Suggestion Description : As I am running transportation, I find it a must that including the train as a vehicle that I can use to pick up people will be a benefit towards how we transport people. What I would like to see is that only people in the LSTS can drive the train along with that the fare that is set will be set to how many people are on the train, so if my fare is 10 dollars, and there are 10 people, i should see 100 dollars per 15 seconds on my counter

I see where you are coming with this situation, however, until the server gets more populated, I find this not needed at this point.
